Coaching for individuals & Organizations

There is no standard program. This isn’t about completing a series of numbered worksheets or following a prescribed process.
It’s one of a kind.
You and I will create the way together – defined and driven by you, supported by me, my training, intuition, and the tools I’ve created along the way.
How we go about it together is specific to each client and what they need, but typically the 1:1 program spans six months, to start. Over that time we meet every other week, so 12 times in total – on video, on the phone, or sometimes on a walk. And the connection isn’t only limited to when we’re together – some clients send emails, texts, voice notes, etc. in the in-between when they have something to celebrate or need a little extra support.
Get in touch or drop me an email at hello@michaelbolognino.com so we can work together to see what this might look like for you.
Heads up: Many companies, like Google via Hallpass, will often pay for some or all of coaching.

I scale my methodology in support of teams, groups, and organizations in a variety of ways, based on the shift that is needed most. The first step, always, is to discuss the current state and the outcomes that the group would most like to see.
Sometimes the goal is improved communication and relationships, sometimes it’s about beefing up 1:1 support for direct reports to free up managers, sometimes it’s about supporting team leads with team structure and cohesion, the list goes on and is specific to the organization.
Support could look like tailored workshops, team coaching, bookable 1:1 coaching office hours, a more embedded, hands-on coach in residence program, onsites and offsites, or something that we can’t identify yet.
Get in touch or drop me an email at hello@michaelbolognino.com if you’d like to talk about how I might be able to help your team or organization find clarity and connection.
I’m also a faculty member at The School of Life, where I deliver their workshops across the country.

Every client journey starts with two basic questions – where are you now, and where do you think you want to go. From there we’ll use all angles and means necessary to figure it out together, through a combination of exploration and action. Typically, our work explores one of these three areas:
This, and better: I want to find a way to be more fulfilled, balanced, resilient, and expansive in my current life (role, relationships, social life, etc.) No exit required.
Peace out (with peace of mind): I know it’s time for me to leave and need to create an exit strategy I can feel good about and finally make real.
All the “uns:” I’m unsatisfied or uninspired or untethered and need to figure out what I actually want and care about and then make a plan to do something about it.
In all cases, this work is about living the life you actually want to live *now,* vs. at some other destination or point in time in the future.
Maybe it's because I'm an Aquarius, but I tend to be very against the grain and in my own lane when it comes to how I show up in the world. And I don't just mean how I present myself – I mean how I think, relate to people, and serve my clients, too.
